My name is Ilse Hernandez-Allen. I'm a holistic family wellness specialist with over 20 combined years of experience in: Acupuncture, Craniosacral, Myofascial and Movement Therapy.
My specialty is working mothers-to-be and their babies and children.
I am an avid educator and provide workshops, seminars and individual training in the field of women's health, children and infants for nearly 10 years.
I find great joy in working 1 on 1 with my clients, teaching and guiding other trainers in these powerful and effective methods.
I hold a Master of Science degree in Oriental Medicine, B.A. in Exercise Science and Fitness & Lifestyle Certifications from ACE as well as a nationally certified massage & bodyworker.
I am also a Fertility Yoga Instructor, Hypno-Doula and Post-Partum Doula
